    Not just that, but the lack of empathy to my particular situation where a solution needed to be found quickly - especially when a round trip to the store was 90 Km. So far three round trips have been made for a relatively inexpensive, but faulty product, that could have easily been exchanged in the first instance.!

    I bought toolpro set from shepparton store. What they do in the beginning is try to say the warranty not cover ratcher. And then they change mind to blame on me. I used as normal, but the quality is bad enough to just break in couple time using. Poor service. Poor quality tool. Pay more get less.
