    One time, about 10 years ago, when I was filling up, the pump was faulty, clicking off every few seconds, someone from inside the shop came out and abused me because of it, "HEY, WHAT THE F ARE YOU DOING" he yelled. - I calmly replied with "Something is wrong with it, could you come over here and take a look, it's refusing to fill the car" - He replied with "I WILL CALL THE POLICE" and then he started the insults and swearing and mouthing off for no reason.

    I used to fill my car up every week here, as back then it was the only place in Shepparton where I could get E10.

    In the end, I called the police, because I didn't feel safe going in to the shop alone to pay for the two litres the faulty pump had managed to deliver.

    The police arrived, I informed them of what had happened, and told the officer that I wanted to pay for the fuel that the faulty pump had managed to deliver but didn't feel safe, I was escorted by an officer in to pay for the fuel, I paid for my fuel, and informed the person behind the counter "I will never shop here again, Nor will my family or friends" then me and the officer left.

    That was 10 years ago. I still haven't been back, and none of my friends or family have been there since.
