  Michelle has been engaged by a relatively small local Primary School to help promote the school's new values. She has also helped many rural families over the past two years deal with the anxieties of their Primary School-aged child heading to Secondary College in a larger town by providing a free seminar for the masses. Michelle is passionate and has an honest and sometimes confronting approach to developing a more positive and accepting outlook on life. Highly recommended.

  My 8yr old Daughter after a recent trauma, the tragic loss of her 12yr old brother in the family home has been experiencing quite a bit of emotional upset. It was suggested to me by several local professionals to try get her in to see Michelle and after only 3 appointments i comfortably give Miss Trudgen a high rating as the progress already made has been significant. Although a fair way to go i am posotive we are going to get there.

  Great for children's counselling is doing wonders for my son. Michelle has some wonderful strategies in a comfortable and safe environment and the therapy is personalised for individual needs.
