    It was a terrible experience. They ripped me and my pension widowed tenant off. I have a property and the tenant is an elderly pensioner. She called them because the sliding door automatically locked and she lost the key and her house keys were inside the house. When they came out for 5 minutes to 'unlock' the door using a piece of metal, they billed her $150 and did not give her a receipt. After 3 months of chasing a receipt, they gave me one with no date, no name, no address, no description of services. When I rang the owner 'Stuart' he laughed when I said it was poor service. He told me to 'go and use another service'. That is fair enough, but it seems that a business that refuses to issue receipts, who over chargers widowed pensioners, and then laughs about it deserves competition.
