    Lovely clean comfortable rooms. With space to move around. Decor is dated, but has everything you need. Host Anna is very helpful, and cooks an excellent breakfast. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sheparton.

    Found this property very cosy clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Delicious breakfust. Will gladly stay here again.

    For $95 per night the please is well kept and polite staff very happy with room and service

    This place is great, the woman on the front counter was very friendly. My room was basic but the bed was very comfy, TV worked great (no7), shower was awesome, and the free Wifi was nice added bonus. For $95.00 bucks you really couldn't complain about this place. I was only in town for one night. Would stay again, thanks
