  Staff force you into buying shoes, and if you don't leave with a pair of shoes they look at you as if you are a disgrace! Very unwelcoming and only care about getting money from you, instead of providing good service and the right shoes!

  I am never, and I mean for the rest of my life, going to shop at any Athlete's Foot. I will tell people not to shop there. I will talk about my horrible experience and encourage people to go to any other shop other than the Athlete's Foot.

  If you are foolish enough to still want to buy here, use a credit card. Then when they try to screw you over, you can call the bank and get them to reverse the transaction. I made the mistake of paying cash. Now I have a $219.95 pair of runners that are less comfortable than strapping broken glass to my feet.

  The manager of the store refused to refund my money because I had worn my shoes. Well, duh. So I guess no Althete's Foot in Australia must ever refund money because of course the customer puts them on before they discover if they are terrible.

  And to top it off, in the three minutes it took the manager to come out he claimed he had called the ACCC and they had advised him he didn't need to refund my money! Uh huh, you 1) found the number, 2) got through to some and 3) they told you that no refund was required. I totally believe you mate!
