    I had a problem with the CVT in my Pulsar Hatch, i found out that i had three days left on the warranty. I had dealings with both Michael and Zac, the workshop was completely booked for two weeks, we had my car taken to their Service Department on a flat top truck, was expecting not to here from them for a month. They kept in touch with me as to where what's they were with my car, they sent a report to Nissan Australia, then i received a phone call from Michael letting me know that Nissan Australia had approved to replace the CVT, $8000 worth, not costing me cent. I had my car bavk within two weeks, a very happy customer.

    I would like to thank the crew in the service department for been prompt in the repair on my Navara the other week found the problem quickly had part in stock and was able to get me back on the road the next day, the first issue I have had in 115,000 km so thanks to all at Thompson Nissan

    My sales experience was not great (resulting in my going somewhere else). Blackburn and Ferntree Gully Nissan both willing to do more for me even though I wasn't local. Vehicle Service experience has been absolutely terrible, from ordering wrong parts, to delays, to receiving the car back without items being fixed and blatant lies provided as to why they didn't do anything. Luckily I'm mechanically able and diagnose a problem and can check if things have or haven't been done.

    I wish to thank both Michael and Zac for all of the excellent help that they gave me, i was beside myself worrying what it would cost me, they talked me through everything, and to receive the good news was great, between the two of them communicating with me was outstanding, something that is missing in businesses these days. I wish the both of you well for now and your future. Once again many thanks.

    Have been overcharged for previous services, due to the service department telling me that my girlfriends Nissan Pulsar STL was a 1.6 (Nissan don't make a 1.6 STL) and that if you add up all the receipts, as previous ones have come under it's alright that the previous 2 receipts were more. Ask to speak to service manager. Who looks over them and asks "what I want him to do about it?" Tell him I want a refund of the cost over the fixed price, as they can't charge more, he arrogantly asks me "If I am going to pay back the difference on between the price charged and the cap on the services that have come under?" It wasn't until I point out the fine print states that service costs may vary, but will never be more, that he went and spoke to his manager and they agreed to a refund. I'm sure I'm not the only person they have ripped off, so check your service receipts and may I suggest finding a mechanic who knows what model car they are servicing, though if a Nissan dealer doesn't know what mechanic would?

    Well I can say that I was extremely surprised at the level of service received. From the friendly staff and the speed of the service I cannot thank the staff more. Even the lovely lady who dropped me off and picked me up was efficient and lovely. You sure changed my perception of how a proper service department works.
