  Had my beloved and immaculate EL Fairmont Ghia booked in to have a heater tap and brake pedal bushes replaced after having been a long term loyal customer to Ultra Tune Shepparton. I insisted that the main owner of the business only work on my car as he showed a duty of care and understood what I expected. My last visit to this business had my car returned to me with a scratched leather seat and damage to the vehicles dash where a screwdriver was used to try and pry apart the lower dash panel to gain access to the brake pedal bushes. A 19 year old vehicle with not a scratch on anything was basically hacked at without any care or concern. All they did was refund me the labour! Be very aware if you take pride in your vehicle and need repairs done because this mechanic does not care about what damage is caused in the process. They are lucky I didn't sue them.

  Excellent customer service and communication. Great savings on new tyres. Some of the most honest mechanics I've met, which is a rare find in today's world. Will give you good advice and not push you to spend thousands of dollars if you don't need to.

  This was the first time I have had my car service by Ultra Tune Shepparton (recommended by a close friend) and was happy to see old fashion service, they kept me informed along the way of what needed to be done and the associated cost. there were no surprises when i got the final bill. they make a promise and they delivered.
