I had a 0 star service at Woollards Auto Body Works in Shepparton. I took my car in there because someone had reversed into me and caused damage to side of front panel and end of side panel. the man who served me assessed the damage and was helpful. He asked if I wanted anything else touched up on the car.. I told him yes there were a few scratches on the back of the car I wanted repaired.. So they bent back the metal side panel (which was only slightly bent) and put a new front panel on.. I went to pick the car up and noticed the side panel wasn't vent back straight at all. The front panel looked good though.. However there was a huge gap between the bonnet and the side panel, and it didn't look right at all to me. Not only that, but the front panel was put on on an angle and wasn't the same distance from one light as the other. When looking from the side at the side panel there was a clear dint in it still.. I was shocked as they assured me it would look the same. I asked the man who worked there what he thought. He agreed it wasn't perfect at all and was more than happy to keep it there to fix it up. I checked the scratches as the back and they weren't fixed but I wasn't bothered as this was the least of my worries, and didn't mention it to him. To add to it as I looked at the "repaired" side panel it was pushing hard against the side of the light there, digging into it and causing damage..

I left my car and got a taxi back to work. That afternoon they had finished the correcting of the problems so my dad picked it up for me.. When I saw it though the bonnet was now pulled to one side to make the gap between the bonnet and the side panel smaller.. Which It did do.. But of course it made the gap bigger on the other side so now it doesn't look sleek like it did. Also the side panel was still pressing against the light, causing damage. I couldn't believe it.. I took it in the next day to get them to look at it again but the guy gave me a big talk about how they all are a bit different after repairs so I felt bad and took it home again. Now this afternoon I was washing my car at the self serve car wash and was using the high pressure rinse on the front when a reasonably sized piece of paint just flew off the front panel, leaving a hideous white spot of whatever the material is beneath it. I now have to go back to woollards to get them to repair that. I'm done with them they are obviously a sub quality establishment and I would never ever go back there and I would recommend to everyone to steer clear of them. I am not the only one who has experienced poor quality work... I have a friend who had a door replaced on a red car and the car got returned to him with the car door being a completely wrong shade of red. It was so obvious it was laughable. I don't know why any business would be so unprofessional. Not happy at all.

Really poor - 9 weeks and not one single phone call to let me know how the repairs were going. Not recommended!

As for the cut and polish, they did not even bother with the roof. It sill had dirt on it so could tell that it had not been touched. I was warned not to go there, but gave them the benifit of the doubt.

This has been a terrible experience. Got a voucher for a cut and polish, so thought I would get my peeling paint fixed on my two front doors. Picked the car up and noticed a scratch on my new door. They said they would have to repaint the door, or give me some money back. We made a deal that they would touch up the scratch and the rest of the car as there were some other scratches. Get my car back and all I have is a crappy bit of paint over the scratch and nothing else. Also found out that they did not even paint the doors, just fixed the peeling sections. Not sure what all the money was for.
