  Wow, these guys take the prize for the worst florist experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. After ensuring via the phone that my order was able to be delivered to the specified address, I was directed to an online ordering system via interflora. Order placed and no contact made with myself, so I assume all is going ahead and flowers will be delivered. My mother then gets a ph call from the florists on fryer, requesting that she pick up her flowers and gifts herself as they are unable to get the courier to deliver them (thus removing any surprise of her "delivery") After I found this out, I have automatically called these florists to ask why I wasn't called if there was a problem with delivery. the Managers first response of - "I didn't think of it" didn't sit well with me. I asked for her to please come up with a better reply and call me back. After subsequent and repeated phone conversations (4 in total) she passed the buck to interflora. I called interflora who were absolutely lovely and understanding of my frustration and automatically offered to send an apology out to my Mum as well as a small gift, but, they said that managers response at the florists on fryer, was incorrect, and that at any stage during an order, if there are issues they are to call the sender, not the recipient, or interflora themselves (unless a driver is unable to find an address). Florists on Fryer did eventually call Interflora to tell them they were unable to have the arangement delived (after calling my Mum and ruining her surpirse), and Interflora then passed the order to Flowers on Mclennan in Mooroopna, who delivered that day a gorgeous arrangement of flowers as well as the included gifts. The manager at Florists on Fryers, at no stage, offered an apology which was all I was asking for (not a credit, not a free arrangement) and was rude, brusque, and basically lacking in any courtesy at all during any of our conversations.

  This is probably the 5th order I've made there, I'll always go back, and recommend anyone who wants wonderful service and beautiful flowers to come to The Florist on Fryers.

  The arrangements I have ordered have always been of high standard and nothing is ever to much trouble for them. (even when I have requested last minute changes to my order)

  I have personally dealt with Florist on Fryers since their business opened and have always found them to be very friendly, helpful and professional girls.

  I've been to most of the local florists in Shepp, and without a doubt Florist on Fryers in the best. I rang Wednesday afternoon, ordered the flowers, we worked out the price, I asked to pick it up Thursday morning at 9am, and that was that.

  I've added images of the last order I picked up that was made overnight, it was a very reasonable price and the colours just look incredible. Everything was coordinated and they look amazing.

  I've never had an issue, I've never had a bad experience there, and I will always get flowers from them.
