    Went to spotlight Shepparton today. I was abused by staff member"De" because I was viewing stock displayed for customer purchase to the rear of the counter. She basically accused me of stealing - a pandatta for lollies?. Absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour. Manager "Tanya" was called who claimed she heard the incident, then changed her story to De came and told her and I was abusive and De did nothing! Quite a little clique in this store. Two nasty liars. I returned my previous purchases and will NEVER go there again. The accusation of stealing will be taken further, spotlight management, get some decent staff, you will be hearing from me

    L come from Melbourne and this store has the best customer service, the staff are so helpful and extremely patient with people who are not sure what they need1 Great work guys.

    Eh, it's ok. Can't find staff when you need them and three place is a maze but it's got prob everything you need and a bunch of stuff you don't.
