  Worst experience ever!! I went in for waxing, ushered in with no greeting or smile, I tell the lady what I wanted and she points to the couch. She leaves the room and then another lady enters. Still no hello or how are you. I tell her what I want, no pre care or after care. I kept telling her the wax was too hot. She blew on it. At this point I'm thinking this is not good. She randomly waxed areas then pointed that she was done. No showing me and asking if it was ok and she just walked out. At no point through this did she speak to me or try and make me feel comfortable considering it was such a private area that had been waxed. Never have I ever felt so embarrassed or degraded and I will never set foot back in there. When I told her I was unhappy and that was an aweful experience she replies with "thank you" and walks off to serve another customer. Worst service and no customer service skills.
