  Karoline did our initial set up for us and she was great and took the time to explain our options and got us back online etc after moving from Craigieburn to Shepparton and then on our second visit Brenton was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. We can't recommend this store and these two people highly enough. It was a fantastic experience and we will certainly go there again if we need help. Excellent!

  Would not go back here again. Have been fighting them for 9months over faulty phones. They refuse to refund even thou it's against consumer law. They have a 3 return policy which is not legal.

  I was told there is a 20 minutes wait "give me your phone number I'll text you when ready" after waitting a 40 minutes I returned to shop to be told there is another person in front of you and you are next.

  Came to this shop because it was the only one open on a Sunday. Presented with a problem with my handset, I explained the problem only to have the attendant complain to myself that she had dealt with this problem before and was sick of it. Having spoke To tech support the previous day I knew what I needed done, explaining this to the aggressive attendant she proceeded to tell me that I needed to calm down and how being rude to her wasn't going to solve anythibg. I wasn't rude at all I didn't complain however the further the conversation went the more I wanted to leave the store as I wasn't being offered solutions rather being berated by a employee.

  Service was slow as i had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes. It has a reputation for this because when i asked someone where the shop was they told me i would probably have to wait a while. However, when i was served the employee helped me with my query promptly and efficiently.
